At Watsons Reach, our vision is to create a connected community that is not only thoughtfully designed, but also welcoming and visually appealing for both residents and visitors.

As the developer, we take pride in creating beautiful spaces that residents can enjoy and feel proud to call home. Maintaining these shared spaces is an ongoing effort, and that’s where the community can help.

Have you heard of the Snap, Send, Solve app?

Snap, Send, Solve is a free, easy-to-use app that helps keep shared spaces safe, clean, and enjoyable. If you notice something around the neighbourhood that needs a little attention, simply snap a photo and submit it through the app.

The report is automatically sent to the right people, whether that’s local council, utility providers, or other responsible organisations, so the issue can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

The app can be used to report a wide range of minor issues, including:

  • Graffiti and vandalism
  • Long grass or weeds
  • Broken playground equipment
  • Broken gates or fences
  • Abandoned shopping trolleys
  • Broken branches or fallen debris
  • Pavement or footpath hazards
  • Rubbish or dumped household goods
  • General maintenance concerns

We encourage residents to use Snap, Send, Solve whenever they come across small issues while out enjoying the neighbourhood. It’s an easy way to ensure your report is seen quickly by one of the many local solvers, as it may be resolved in a more timely manner.

Together, we can help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for everyone.
