Will there be gas?
Yes. Gas will be available to homes in this estate.
This project was lodged for planning approval prior to the Victorian Government’s changes to gas connections for new residential developments, and is therefore permitted to provide gas to the community.
Is there going to be a sound barrier wall?
Yes. A 4 metre to 6 metre high acoustic barrier wall will be constructed along the Calder Freeway boundary to help reduce traffic noise for the community.
How long do I have to build after settlement?
After settlement, you must obtain an Approved Design within 6 months.
Once your Approved Design is issued, the construction of your home must be completed within 12 months of the later of:
the registration of your land title, or the date your Approved Design is obtained.
